Yoga Nidra Course

Lie Down & Go In: A Guided Path to Deep Rest and Self-Discovery

Woman lying int he ground with an eye pillow over her eyes in yoga nidra meditation.

A self-guided 6-week journey through yoga nidra meditation, integrating expressive arts for integration, and grounded in yoga philosophy, transpersonal psychology, and neuroscience.

This course is designed to guide you through the koshas (the 5 layers of your being), giving you an embodied experience of deep rest, healing, emotional wellbeing, creativity, inner wisdom, and connection to your source.

No prior meditation experience needed, just a willingness to lie down.

Who this course is for

You're exhausted. Not just tired — depleted in a way that a good night's sleep doesn't seem to fix.

You've tried to build a meditation habit before. Maybe more than once. You downloaded the apps, set the reminders, told yourself this time you would stick with it. And then life happened, the habit slipped, and you were left feeling like you'd failed at something that was supposed to be simple and easy.

Here's the thing: it's not a willpower or self-discipline problem. It's that most meditation practices ask you to sit up, stay alert, and try — which is the last thing you need when you’re exhausted, burnt out, and over-stimulated.

Underneath the exhaustion, there's usually something else too. A sense that you're disconnected — from your body, your creativity, your soul. A quiet hope that there's a way back to feeling grounded, whole, and connected to something bigger than your to-do list.

You don't need another thing to do. You need something to help you be—to settle, to rest, and reconnect to your center. You need a meditation practice that gives something back every single time — so returning to it feels like a treat, not an obligation.

How this course can help

This Yoga Nidra Course is a self-guided, 6-week meditation journey that works with your exhaustion and natural biorhythms, instead of against them.

Yoga nidra means "yogic sleep." It is a guided meditation practice done lying down, that takes you into the deeply restful state between waking and sleeping. There's no sitting up straight, no fighting to concentrate, no doing it "right." You just lie down, listen, and let go.

Over 6 weeks, you'll move through the layers of your being (the koshas) beginning with the physical body and finishing with the bliss body. Each week you will practice with a specially recorded meditation and personalized intention tied to that week’s theme:

  • Week 1 — Deep Rest: Settle your body and reset your nervous system

  • Week 2 — Healing: Work with your breath and energy body to increase vital flow

  • Week 3 — Emotional Wellbeing: Balance and harmonize your emotional landscape

  • Week 4 — Creativity: Access insight, imagination, and new perspectives

  • Week 5 — Inner Wisdom: Channel your own inner guidance

  • Week 6 — Union with the Divine: Experience connection to your Source

Prior to beginning the meditation practice you will learn about yoga philosophy, neuroscience, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)— this way you understand why and how yoga nidra works, not just that it does. Mandala drawings and journal prompts help you process and integrate your experience, turning insight into something tangible and lasting.

Various teaching formats and ways to modify your pacing and level of engagement are provided to support different neurotypes and learning styles. Whether you are brand new to meditation or have years of experience this course will deepen and expand your connection to Self and Source.
